In everyday life, you are always subject to risks and potential accidents. Protect the financial well-being of your family with accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance coverage.

AD&D coverage pays a benefit in the event of your death, dismemberment, loss of sight, loss of hearing or paralysis as the result of an accident. Death benefits from this plan are paid in addition to benefits from the life insurance plan.

Coverage levels

Full-time associates and their dependents have six levels of coverage from which to choose:

• $25,000
• $50,000
• $100,000
• $150,000
• $200,000
• $500,000
