Each year, the Be-A-star program recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of Compass Group associates and teams that achieve their sectors' business objectives and deliver great results.

This program provides a consistent platform that allows all of our sectors to communicate and complete the business objectives determined for each fiscal year.

Unit managers and their teams of associates compete for recognition as top performers. As achievements are completed, stars are earned, as well as more opportunities for recognition.
