Overview
Compass Group is committed to helping you realize your potential and your professional goals. But it's up to you to manage your own career, and to have a clear idea of what your objectives are and how you want to achieve them.
With so many different job roles across a variety of sectors, Compass Group can give our people a tremendously wide range of diverse, rewarding options to grow their careers. As we like to say, we offer "Careers for Life."
To help you take advantage of these career opportunities, we have a career-planning process.
How it works
An ongoing process, career planning helps you determine your career goals and identifies ways to achieve them.
1. Establish your career goals. Gain insight into yourself by evaluating your skills, abilities, interests and desired lifestyle. Determine the jobs you would like to hold in the next three to five years and the skills needed.
2. Create your Career Path. Look at jobs that will broaden your work experience at Compass Group.
3. Prepare for the Performance Appraisal Process. Evaluate whether you've met your goals, think about how you've strengthened your skills, and consider the ways you reflect our values.
4. Structure your Personal Development Plan. Focus on development opportunities to help you achieve your goals.
