Find a mentor and manage your partnership effectively. Using online tools, the Compass Group Mentoring Program matches associates and educates you on your roles.
Program tools
This mentoring program provides you with the following online tools:
Mentworking. This mentoring database has an extensive list of competencies and skills, including those that reflect the Compass Group Performance Appraisal.
As a mentor, you can indicate which skills you feel comfortable mentoring. As a partner, you can identify the skills you want to develop and search for a mentor with those skills. After you have made your selection, contact information will be provided.

PowerMentoring and Partner Power. These sites provide planning tools that are designed to fit your role as a mentor or as a partner. To register your partnership, go to the following sites:

Sign-up. There is a $5 charge to sign up using the Mentworking database.
Partnerships. Each mentoring partnership, which includes one mentor and one partner, costs $199. The cost is charged to the partner's operation. back to top
