Preventing Workplace Harassment

Two hours (approximately) |
All supervisors and any associates who have supervisory influence are required to complete this course. Participants will learn to identify sexual and workplace harassment issues that could lead to litigation. There are two versions, one for California-based associates and one for associates based elsewhere in the United States.
Both the Compass Group standard and California versions require a renewal every two years. In addition, all newly hired managers and individuals promoted to the managerial level are required to complete the training within 30 days of their starting dates.

ServSafe® Food Safety

This food safety and sanitation program is offered in partnership with the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. The ServSafe training, open to all salaried and lead hourly associates, includes sanitary and food procedures and pest management.
Upon completion of the course, you will be required to take a written exam for certification. Every three years, managers are required to renew their ServSafe certifications.
