Compass Group appreciates the importance of oral health. We offer part-time associates the option to enroll in dental coverage.

Dental Preferred Provider Organization (Dental PPO)

This plan allows you to visit any licensed dentist in the Aetna preferred provider network. The plan offers :

Maximum benefit per coverage year: $500

Deductible per coverage year: $50

Preventive services (includes checkups and cleanings): You are responsible for 20 percent of the recognized charges; there is no waiting period once you enroll

Basic services (includes fillings, oral surgery, dentures, crown and bridge repair): You are responsible for up to 40 percent of the recognized charges; you need to be enrolled in the dental plan for three months without interruption before the plan begins to pay for these services

Major services (includes periodontics, endodontics, crowns, bridges and dentures): You are responsible for up to 50 percent of the recognized charge; you need to be enrolled in the dental plan without interruption for 12 months before the plan begins to pay for these services

The Dental PPO network is not available in AL, AR, ID, HI, LA, MS, NM or PR.
