Eligibility
Dependents of Full-time Associates
Compass Group wants to make sure that you and your dependents have access to the benefits they need.
Your eligible dependents include your:
- Lawful spouse
- Certified domestic partner*
- Children up to age 26 (including stepchildren and children of your domestic partner)
Unmarried children with physical or mental disabilities. Your unmarried children age 26 or older who are mentally or physically unable to care for themselves are eligible for coverage only if the disabilities arose at a time when the children could have been covered as dependents under Compass Group's benefits. Due to federal requirements, you will need to provide Social Security numbers for spouses or domestic partners when you enroll for coverage.
Coverage Levels
You have three levels of coverage for the medical, dental, vision, life and accidental death and dismemberment options. You can cover:
- Yourself only
- Yourself and one dependent
- Yourself and two or more dependents
