Diversity Action Councils

Compass Group Diversity Action Councils champion and implement our diversity and inclusion strategy across the organization. Their efforts are vital in helping us sustain our competitive advantage.

North American Diversity Action Council

The North American Diversity Action Council coordinates the efforts of each sector council to ensure the consistent implementation of our diversity and inclusion strategy across the organization. The council also serves as the liaison between the sector councils and advisors to the senior leaders of Compass Group North America.

The council is made up of the chairpersons from each Diversity Action Council.

Sector Diversity Action Councils

It's no accident that the word "action" is part of these councils' names. Made up of diverse, passionate associates, these councils champion diversity in each of our business sectors by:

• Building ongoing awareness of diversity and inclusion
• Identifying solutions to foster a more inclusive workplace
• Communicating diversity and inclusion best practices
• Serving as advisors to the sector's leaders on diversity and inclusion issues
