Managing Inclusion helps you develop the skills needed to foster an inclusive, high-performing team. This workshop will help you :
- Understand the business case for diversity and inclusion
- Effectively manage a diverse team of associates
- Recognize how reactions to differences can positively or negatively affect associate performance
- Conduct an effective development discussion, especially with people who are different from you
- Communicate the importance of diversity and inclusion to your team

Participants should take an online assessment that provides a baseline for your ability to manage diversity and inclusion.
