• Effectively manage a diverse team of associates
• Recognize how reactions to differences can positively or negatively affect associate performance
• Conduct an effective development discussion, especially with people who are different from you
• Communicate the importance of diversity and inclusion to your team

Prework
Participants should take an online assessment that provides a baseline for your ability to manage diversity and inclusion.
