Educational Assistance
Compass Group encourages associates to develop their skills and their careers. Our Educational Assistance Program helps you meet the costs of continuing your education.
This program covers qualified expenses for courses that enhance your ability to perform your current job or to further develop your career at Compass Group.
Eligibility
Associate eligibility. All full-time, salaried associates with one year or more of service whose last performance appraisal rating was competent or better are eligible for tuition reimbursement.
Course eligibility. Courses eligible for reimbursement must be:
- Related to your present position
- Related to future positions that you may perform as you develop your career with Compass Group
- Part of a curriculum leading to a degree
- Unavailable through company-sponsored training and development programs
Reimbursement
The amount of tuition reimbursement you may receive is determined by:
- Years of service with Compass Group
- Final grade received upon completion of the course
- Maximum reimbursement allowed during a prescribed time frame
To apply
To be considered for tuition reimbursement for a course, you must:
Your supervisor or department head will be notified and let you know if you have been approved.
