Compass Community Councils
Compass Community Councils (CCCs) are forums dedicated to bringing associates together from Compass business sectors to share best practices and resources and to network.
At CCC meetings, Compass officers offer associates insight into the company's performance and future plans. Associates also are recognized for service years, Be-A-star and "above and beyond" great service.
At each meeting, chefs and culinary teams prepare dishes using innovative techniques and share new ideas and experiences.
Attendees
All associates (hourly, salaried, management and nonmanagement) within a three-hour driving distance are invited.
Associates should not book airline flights or drive more than three hours specifically to attend CCC events.
Invitations
CCC invitations are distributed through sector communications departments one month prior to the event. An online invitation is sent with a link to RSVP. (A response is required for you to attend.)
