- Provide you with a personalized health profile
- Highlight your healthy habits
- Suggest lifestyle changes to improve your health
- Earn you wellness credits
Confidentiality. Answers to the Health Assessment are strictly confidential and will never be shared with Compass Group.
What is a Wellness Credit?
Once you have taken the Health Assessment, you earn a wellness credit of $3 per week toward your medical deductions. To get your wellness credits, you must first:
- Be enrolled in a Compass Group medical plan
- Take the Health Assessment and complete all the required questions
The wellness credit is applied to your paycheck each pay period during the year, starting within one month after you complete the Health Assessment. You'll see it as a separate line item in your paycheck.
