Hourly Full-time Associates

Your Compass Group benefits are a significant part of your total compensation. We encourage our associates to understand our benefits package and to participate fully in the program.

As an hourly associate, you are eligible to participate in the benefits program if you are:

• Listed as a full-time hourly associate in the payroll system
• Normally scheduled to work at least 30 hours each week
• Not covered by the service contract act

You are eligible for all benefits on the first day of the month following three months of service at Compass Group.
