Strayer University offers students flexible academic programs that allow you to earn your associate, bachelor's or master's degree without interrupting your personal or professional life.
Convenient Classes
Strayer offers three educational formats that make taking classes convenient.
Classes on campus. Day and evening classes are offered seven days a week at a campus near your home or office. There are more than 85 across the United States.
Online synchronous format. These classes meet online on the same day and time every week. With this format, you'll hear live audio from the professor, supported by a "virtual blackboard." You can use real-time text messaging to ask questions and interact with your professor and classmates.
Online asynchronous format. For maximum scheduling flexibility, this format allows you to attend class at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You'll access recorded audio lectures, video presentations and other instructional materials via the Internet.
Associate benefits
As an associate of Compass Group, you'll enjoy a number of special advantages, including:

- An admissions officer assigned to you to assist with your specific questions and needs

To qualify
Upon registration each quarter, you must provide your Admissions/ Student Services Officer with one of the following three items:
- A letter on Compass Group letterhead stating that you are an employee
- An e-mail, sent from your Compass Group e-mail address, that includes your employee number
- A copy of a current pay stub
