College and University Partnerships

Compass Group has solid relationships with historically black colleges. Our long-standing program with Johnson & Wales- A Partnership for Scholarship-connects students, graduates and alumni to Compass Group opportunities.

Professional Organizations

Throughout the year, Compass Group attends events organized by minority professional and industry organizations, including BCA (formerly Black Culinary Alliance), Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance and the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality.

When associates recommend friends and professional colleagues who are then hired, the associates receive referral bonuses.
