Tobacco Cessation

Get the support you need to quit smoking for good, with help from a personal health coach and nicotine-replacement therapy.

New for 2012
Administered by Active Health Management, the tobacco-cessation program offers:

• One-on-one telephone support from a health coach to help you quit tobacco use
• Non-prescription nicotine replacement therapy at no cost to you
• Prescription tobacco cessation medication that is covered under the CVS Caremark or Aetna prescription drug plans

Eligibility

You or your eligible dependent, over age 18, must be enrolled in a Compass Group medical plan. The online self-directed program through INTERVENT is available to associates and spouse/domestic partners.
