Women's Leadership Network (WLN)
Committed to advancing associates' careers at Compass Group, WLN encourages the personal and professional development of its members.
Launched in 2007, WLN has become an important resource for associates at all levels. Each WLN regional chapter has the sponsorship and participation of a senior Compass Group leader.
Events
WLN chapters provide their members with a range of development and networking opportunities, including:
- Panel discussions with Compass Group leaders, who share career stories and offer guidance to members
- Speakers and classes focused on expanding business and career-planning skills
- Networking receptions that connect members across sectors
Meetings are held quarterly and may be either virtual or live forums. back to top
Mentoring
WLN encourages its members to help each other grow and develop. Informal mentoring relationships formed through WLN offer an opportunity to leverage the talents, experience and knowledge of other female and male associates. back to top
