Compass Group has taken a comprehensive approach to wellness by offering our associates:

• Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
• 100% preventive care which include annual checkups, physicals, mammograms, and certain cancer screenings
• Paid time off (up to three hours) to receive your preventive care each year
• Online behavioral change programs tobacco cessation and obesity and stress management
• Condition management* for chronic conditions (diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, low-back pain, respiratory disease, and more)
• Maternity and Prenatal support* that gives expectant mothers pregnancy-related healthcare information
• Personal Support - Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

* These programs are available to associates and covered dependents enrolled in a Compass Group medical plan, except Regional HMOs. HMO enrollees should check with their carrier to verify the programs available.
