Wellness Pay

We want our associates to get healthy and stay healthy. Compass Group encourages you to make time for annual exams and screenings.

Policy

Compass Group gives full-time associates up to three hours of paid time off from work for an annual exam and any other appropriate screenings.

This paid time off cannot be used for preventive care for dependents.

Eligible associates

To qualify for this paid time off, you must:

• Be a full-time, nonexempt, salaried or nonunion hourly associate
• Be enrolled in a Compass Group medical, dental or vision plan
• Have been employed by Compass Group for at least one year

Compensation

To be compensated, please submit a completed copy of the Wellness Pay Form to your manager.
