Aracelis Gonzales

Aracelis is a Housekeeping Manager with Eurest Services. She began her Compass Group career in 2014, working as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

What made you smile at work today?
I’m always happy to wake up and come to work every day. I look forward to seeing my associates, making sure our client is satisfied, and completing all of our tasks. I enjoy life with Compass Group!

What’s the best career advice that you’ve received?
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

What three words would you use to describe yourself?
Happy – I love my job and the people I work with.
Dedicated – I am dedicated to this company, my managers, and my associates.
Loyal – To Compass Group, I cannot say it enough; I love this company!

What is your favorite dish to make at home?
Arroz con pollo – a typical native dish from my country of Panama.

Is there anything that you are really passionate about outside of work?
Spending time with my family. They mean everything to me.
